Although designed to be renovated, after suffering substantial damage during Hurricane Sandy, the existing cape was removed in favor of a building a very energy efficient and completely customized home like no other in the beach area.

An oversized two car garage with ample storage was created by raising the home to comply with FEMA requirements. The first level "open floor plan" was designed to be both cozy and formal with a desire to eliminate any unused spaces. The second level is for the kids.  The light and functional  "kids suite" which includes 2 bedrooms with adjoining Jack and Jill bath, spacious playroom with outdoor space, and additional half bath with laundry gives the kids space to be kids. The third level, with a beautiful water view, houses the "Master suite", a combination of both privacy and luxury. This home at under 3000 square feet is the perfect combination of beach cottage and luxury at its best.
